During the crisis leaders must show up, but often what happens is that the crisis shows a leader up. Complex and uncertain times are difficult for all of us, specifically for the leaders. It can be easy to give in into fears, or to either overreact, or to stick your head in the sand and hope things go away.

In my work with leaders like you, one thing that often comes up is how to show up in the face of uncertainty. How do you know what to do in the face of an uncertain future?

Even more importantly, how do you know how to be as you face that uncertainty? Whom do you want to become next?
