A 6 virtual week MM program, 60 minutes per session, each session has been designed to challenge your own assumptions, limiting self-beliefs, and influence a new way of thinking to empower you to reach far beyond any perceived limitations. Get Ready To Feel Comfortable at Being Uncomfortable!

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We foster an environment of being authentic, transparent, and giving. We meet men & women where they are and drive them to their deepest need, being significant.

We offer a one-of-a-kind experience, by encouraging, driving, and expecting everyone’s participation and contribution, we call this The Fearless X-Factor Series's “LEANING into your GREATNESS” (LIG). Every other week we meet for our bi-weekly prudential meeting [for now virtual], where everyone comes to edify, encourage, and lift up one another, and therefore to form long-lasting, mutually beneficial, and meaningful relationships.

At our core, we are givers. By learning to fully engage in others, to fully be present with and for each other, we help each other grow and be accountable in their business, and personal lives.

Relational Excellence, our members will be exposed to meaningful, unselfish relationships that encourage everyone to contribute, grow, and participate in mutually beneficial group activities.

Business Excellence, our members will be exposed to opportunities that train, empower them to use their God-given talents to serve those they encounter in life. This allows them to be both successful and significant.

Mentorship Excellence, our members will be exposed to mentors [if/when needed] who can speak into their lives and act as their accountability partners to help these members hold themselves accountable to their personal growth areas. We support them to move from vision and concept to action and execution.

· Full commitment, it must be a HELL YES, I’m IN or a HELL NO, this is not for me.

· Active participation through weekly group meetings/virtual meetings and/or calls-activities.

· Willingness to grow, be supported, and to support, and help others grow.

· Willingness to be transparent, authentic, and giving.

· Willingness to reject pride, fear, and doubt from allowing you to be significant.

· Willingness to commit to becoming an extension of your fellow members’ power partner inner circle.
