LEADING WITH EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This program is for business owners, executives, and high performing leaders who have already completed the “Building Emotional Intelligence” program, and are ready to lead their organizations and teams to a higher level of engagement, and productivity by influencing strong, mutually beneficial business relationships, developing effective teamwork approach by positively influencing collaboration while becoming an emotional leader that everyone wants to follow.

Organizational awareness means you understand the implicit or unspoken norms that operate in your organization, how decisions are made, and who makes them. You’ll learn how to notice this in your daily life and apply the competency to your work and personal life over the next few weeks.

During this 6 weeks virtual program, each session will last approximately 75 minutes of active participant interaction, supported by insightful breakout room discussions.

This is a program of life transformation that has been created to challenge your current mindset, to empower your consciousness, and re-ignite your desire to take action, so you can change the way you define what is possible for you.
